Celebrating the first Sunday of Lent

Two relatively fast dishes, perfect for Lent. 

Calamari tunes and scallops cooked with Catalan flavors and golden bulgar wheat 

Kale, and Italian chickpeas.  Bread crumbs and Parmigiano. 

Typically these would be paired with a crisp white wine but during Lent, forgoingbtge alcohol. Lent without wine. Doesn't even cross my mind.
