Don't forget the Burrata

Sometimes you just want to embark on a short journey of flavorful ingredients, not knowing where it will take you, but trusting that you will land in a happy place.

This Sunday afternoon my happy place delivered. Our tastebuds rejoiced . 

Burrata was the pièce de résistance. Magic happened. 

Lobster and scallop bulgur wheat, topped with fresh burrito.

Perfectly paired with a crisp glass of Oviedo Classico white wine.
