Yellow Peppers Deliciousness

 

My  omelette collection continues to grow. I am really excited about this chapter in the cookbook.

This time I present an omelette that works great for a picnic, or , when cut into mini-squares, makes a great addition to your Hors d'oeuvre plate atop german multigrain bread.

Herbed, Sauteed sweet yellow peppers, Egg whites.
