Slow cooked Garlic-Poblano peppers , and thin slices of Gruyere cheese, elevated these small cocktail sandwiches to the level of tasty pinxos . The Cosenza Rolls - Mortadella warpped Sharp Provolone Sticks completed this appetizing starter collection.

The addition of cooked eggplant, and baking , made these "meatballs" light , and crispy on the outside , moist on the inside.  Eaten with small bites of concasse', they beat any most meatball dishes out there.
