Pizza Day in Ohio

When I visit friends, I love to cook. If friends have small children , then pizza making comes to mind very quickly . It's just a great treat for the tots, and more me as well.

The dough was made from scratch , most ingredients required upfront preparation.

All in all we made four kinds of pizza. two of which are displayed below. The Margherita (tomato and mozzarella) and the Tomato Salad Pizza were not include. You have seen them before.

This was the tastiest of all. The  eggplant and peppers were just great on their own. Imagine on top of fresh pizza crust.

Beer was the drink of the day.
