Genus Foodie: A definition challenge

Today's post will be different than the usual . Rather than start with a write out of my own opinion , I instead ask you the reader to give me your definitions which I will consider in my future response

Here are a few choices for my Foodie Taxonomy. A foodie is ....

• Is some somebody that worships all kinds of food
• Is somebody that frequently visits haute cusine scene
• Is somebody has regularly eaten ultra-ripe peaches right hanging off trees in the backyard
  
• Is somebody who takes just as much pride in preparing and sharing a meal
• Is somebody that has the largest archive of of Bon Appetit magazine in New York State
  

Hopefully you get the idea. Mull over these and your own definitions and share with me
