Freselle with Tomato Ricotta Brushetta

Freselle  bruchetta with Tomato Salsa and Ricotta
Dice few ripe tomatoes, toss with EVOO, S/P, coarsely sliced basil leaves, teaspoon of white balsamic vinegar .   Top the freselle (you can make your own if you are courageous) which had been wet down with some cold water. Pan bagnat uses a similar technique
